Chocolate

Scorza is the first chocolate in solid form created in Italy in 1832. Before then, chocolate was only consumed as a beverage. What makes it unique? Its crumbly texture, its wrinkly appearance reminiscent of the bark of oak trees, and the few simple ingredients, the same as always. Scorza is made by carefully blending 4 different types of cocoa beans and by “rolling” a thin layer of chocolate on itself.

Cremino

Fiat

Ours is the first four-layer Cremino ever made, created specially in 1911 for the launch of Fiat carmaker’s new model: the “Tipo 4”, hence the number of layers in our Cremino. The unmistakable creaminess comes from the high percentage of hazelnuts and almonds and the absence of milk in the recipe, handed down from generation to generation.
